A Jamaican Classic - Full of Flavour and Spice!
Ingredients

2lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 stalks scallion, sliced thin, whites and greens separated

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp butter, salted

1/2 tbsp maggi all purpose

1 1/2 tsp hot mother truffler
-
1 1/2 scotch bonnet, quartered

1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Bring your sauté pan over medium heat, melt in butter
Add in scallion whites, garlic, maggi complete, hot mother truffler and scotch bonnet
Cover and allow to cook for 3 minutes
Stir halfway through and taste
Turn off the heat and allow the shrimp to steam for an additional 1-2 minutes and then garnish with the green parts of the scallion
